STEP 1: Say YES!

In close collaboration with our Marketing Department, you’ll start the process of joining the Cascade Manor community by saying yes to your chosen home. You will sign a reservation deposit agreement and make a deposit of $10,000. This deposit is applied toward your Entrance Fee and is fully refundable should you choose not to proceed. You will choose renovation options and in approximately 45 to 60 days your home should be ready for you.

STEP 2: Pay Your Entrance Fee.

The Entrance Fee is a one-time cost that you pay when you first become a resident. The amount will vary based on the size, style, and location of the home you choose. In accordance with the Residence and Care Agreement (or contract) that you will sign, the Entrance Fee and the Monthly Fee together provide you with lifetime use of your apartment home, as well as access to our Continuum of Care. This includes In-Home Care, Residential Living, and short- and long-term Skilled Nursing Care. Most entrance fees are 80% refundable. Your Marketing Department counselor is happy to clarify.

STEP 3: Pay Your Monthly Fee.

The Monthly Fee is also based on the size, style, and location of the home you choose, and whether you live there alone. As you move through the Continuum of Care at Cascade Manor, your Monthly Fee will be adjusted accordingly.

• Expanded digital cable television service
• Convenience Wi-Fi
• Exercise classes
• Telephone service, including long distance
• Property taxes
• Flat-linen laundry service (towels and sheets provided by Cascade Manor, if you choose, at no additional cost)
• Emergency call systems in all apartments
• “No charge” days—residents who live in Independent Living or Residential Living will receive unlimited temporary “no charge” days of nursing services in the Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center (see your Resident Care Agreement)
• General maintenance and repair of all apartments, buildings, and common areas
