In-home care
You love your independence. And you love having your own space. So why give it up if you don’t have to? We make it possible for you to stay in your Independent Living apartment for as long as possible. We have found that with our in-home care services, we are able to help about 80% of our community residents live the rest of their lives in their Independent Living homes. You’ll have help with the activities of daily living from our friendly, supportive team. You’ll be calling the shots. We’re here to help you keep living life on your terms.

A year from now, you’re not living at Cascade Manor. Your spouse takes a major tumble while hiking in the Cascades. (If your spouse isn’t a mountaineer, just play along!) Without Cascade Manor, you’d be in a tough spot. This is an emergency, and your partner is in a lot of pain.
Now, you have to make a bunch of decisions—and fast. And because you’re in a pinch, you might not make the best ones. Where will your spouse stay as they recover from their fall? Will a bunch of random strangers take care of them? How much will it cost? Will they be staying far away from you for months or longer? Not good.
But when you live at Cascade Manor, the story changes.
Your spouse’s recovery happens at your home base. They might have a stay at the hospital. Then they’ll return to Independent Living, recovering a bit each day with pep talks and care from our talented caregivers. If they need to make a move to Residential Living or Skilled Nursing, there’s no need to travel halfway across the state to visit. They’ll still be right on our campus.

Residential Living
When you need a little extra support than you used to, Residential Living is your solution. Again, you’ll still be in charge. Our team will assist you with the activities of daily living from your own Residential Living apartment. Your care is personalized, and your caregivers are supervised by a registered nurse. Plus, you’re accessing a service that’s only available to Cascade Manor residents.
Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation
When you need more substantial care, our team is here for you. Our on-campus Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center with licensed staff ensures that every resident receives the personalized care and attention they deserve. We offer an array of rehabilitation services and short-term nursing care for individuals recovering from illness or injury, and long-term care for those needing extended nursing care. The best part? It’s all right here. If one spouse needs to spend some time here, the other spouse can easily come visit, along with family and friends.
